Top Level Domain
Its beter to use top level domain for blog with suitable title. Choose .net .com .org etc types of domain. To try for adsense with blogspot domain it is very late, if you have TLD's then it will accept fast.
Original & Unique Content
As all of you know copying other content is bad habit. So, try to write the posts yourself. The blog which have fully filled with content is easily acceptable by Google. There is one bot named Panda which checks for poor content and removes those site from being indexed. You should have daily posts.
Time Requirement
I think people living in Asia has to wait for 6 months or their domains age should be 6 months. But it isn't sure sometime Adsense accept without having 6 months, It depends upon your quality of blog.
Traffic
Traffice has no value in the approval time but you should not use paid traffics or any bot. You should have organic traffics. I think you should have 50+ visitors daily.
Necessary Pages
You should have pages like Privacy Policy, About-Us, Contact-Us, Disclaimer etc. for bonus point which helps in approval time because Adsense need these type of pages regarding Google Policy.
